Well I am usually the last person to complain, so of course it's fitting that here I'd be the first...
I am starting a petition to see the "no anime avatars" rule removed. For some of us it is very difficult to find real pictures that look like our characters. Anyone else who wants to see this rule pulled please post here.

Personally I like the human avatars it makes the rpg look more consistant and realistic.

I really like how things are with real pictures, it makes it feel more realistic, but if you can organize enough opposition to it, I'm all about democracy and will respect the will of the masses.

If anyone is having trouble finding a picture to go with their character, they can consult either myself or Bassarov.

I didn't like it at first, but I think it's grown on me. I vote that the rule stays.

I'm with Zero on this one. Normally I'd be the first one to speak up, so isn't this ironic? Anyway, I support the removal of the "No Anime Avitars" rule. I don't think it really makes much of a difference. Besides, while I can draw, I don't have a scanner and I do find it difficult to find pictures of a real life person who, oh say, looks like Norman Burg from The Big-O.

I'd support a "no unrealistic anime" ban, but there are some anime that have fairly real looking characters that I might be willing to accept.

So would the characters in The Big-O count as fairly realistic? I think character design was excellent and there are hardly any characters that are as fakey as, oh say Goku and his impossible hair.

Of the anime I've seen, those that I'd be willing to accept are:
Neon Genesis: Evangelion Fruits Basket Hikaru no Go (except Sai) Most of the normal looking Clamp characters You're Under Arrest!
If I think of more I'll add them up. This is totally hypothetical, and truth be told, I do kind of like the realistic look that this site has going on.

I like the real ones too. Thats where my vote stands. Keeps it a little cleaner looking.

I am totally with the no anime avatars band since this rpg is sopposed to seem more Realistic and not fantasy like Red Infinitywas.
