"An important reform is that we must agree to replace the Commission on Human Rights with a smaller standing Human Rights Council, as a principal organ of the United Nations or subsidiary body of the General Assembly, whose members would be elected directly by the General Assembly by a two-thirds majority of members present and voting."
"We must also reform the Secretariat by endorsing the Secretary-General’s request that the General Assembly review all mandates older than five years to see if the activities concerned are still genuinely needed or whether resources assigned to them can be reallocated in response to new and emerging challenges. We must agree to provide the Secretary-General with the authority and resources to pursue a one-time staff buyout so as to refresh and realign the staff to meet current needs."
" Lastly, we must support a stronger relationship between the United Nations and regional organizations, including by, as a first step, developing and implementing a 10-year plan for capacity-building with the African Union, and by ensuring that regional organizations that have a capacity for conflict prevention or peacekeeping consider the option of placing such capacities in the framework of the United Nations."

Those are some of the reforms being proposed to the United Nations today. I figured they would apply to this world as well, and that it would be educational for you to see what is actually being discussed in the UN at present.
When the speech is done, I take about an hour for questions, then return to my hotel in Moscow.

After we stop running, I take off my mask, smiling. Despite how overbearing she is, I can honestly say that I'm glad to see her okay.
"Hey you." I say, smiling. We pile into the truck and drive back through the heart of Chechnya to get to an airplane which will lead us back to Russia.

Heikki boards a train to St. Petersburg. Since he is heading northward he considers returning to Helsinki once the job is done. He hates the train. The stuffy crowdedness of it. The sound of it clanking along the tracks. It is an oppressive, relentless sound. He closes his eyes. Although the train is crowded no one can sit with him. This reminds him of the school bus. No matter how crowded the school bus was, he always sat alone. It is as if he has an invisible vibe that sends people be away.
He likes the thought of that. The thought that maybe he was made to be a loner. He has a loner vibe. He is someone who won't be touched. He is something to be left alone.
"Stay away from me or you will get nihilist radiation poisoning." He whispers to himself with a smile.

"Hey that would be great, Dylan. We could meet with the green party there." I say, getting eager to go somewhere. I enjoy travel, but have never really liked America.
Adam nods as well. "Yeah it looks like they've got a hold on things here, I don't think it would hurt to show a little international solidarity." He says, somewhat excitedly, which means that he's really excited.

Antero reads in the Helsinki Sanomat and sees that there is an anti war rally in the city. He is glad to have to day off so he can go to the rally. He laughs and smiles even, something he doesn't do often.
"I should go to the rally. I haven't done anything political for weeks now. This is great." Antero says to Cat.
He looks through his clothes for something to wear. "God, I'm acting like frickin Cinderella going to the ball. I know how she felt, working all day for the ugly stepsisters of capitalism." He says as he layers a dark blue shirt with a black shirt.
"Okay cat, see you later." He say to the calico as he leaves his apartment to go to the rally.

After some quality time with his parents, and a lot of lying about a girlfriend that had to be made up on the spot, Stefan leaves his parents house in his civvies to attend the anti-war rally. They've been pretty cool about anti-war rallies in Finland in the past, and the only time he's ever had to go as a soldier was when the WTO came to town.
"See you two."
"Yeah, don't get arrested! Ho ho, that would be a hoot!" His mom chuckles.
"Yeah yeah... I'll see you tomorrow." Stefan leaves, and heads to the rally.

"This is a pretty big turn out." Antero says as he wanders through the crowds. He looks around to see if he sees any fellow anarchists. They are usually the loudests and coolest looking people in the crowd.

Stefan gravitates towards the anarchists whom he has recently been acquainted with. They're all dressed in black and are carrying a giant banner that says "US Out Of ________". As Stefan nears the crowd, he notices the pizza boy, and his heart skips a beat.
"Oh shit..!" He turns his head and starts to walk away from them when one of the anarchists recognizes him.
"Hey Stefan! Over here!" A girl says, waving her arm. Stefan turns his head and looks around as though he hadn't noticed their presence before.
"Oh hey guys! ...and gals!" He says, walking towards them and keeping his head as straight as he can so he doesn't look at the pizza boy.

Antero spots some anarchists, and walks right up to them. "Oh hey. Sorry I haven't been around. Working a lot now. But I'll be at the convention tomorrow." He explains to them. They seem sympathetic to him and to his work schedual. Antero turns and sees Stephan. "Have we met before? You look familiar. Were you at the last rally?"

"Aw, hey!" I say, laughing as she kisses me. I wrap my arms around her and kiss her back, happy to see her but clearly not as happy as she is to see me.
"Are you alright? Did they do anything to you?"

I fall asleep in the truck and wake up a few hours later. I have no clue where I am, and it is still dark.
"Are we going to pull over for the night? It's a long way back to Moscow and I can't sleep in this truck. I need a hotel." I inform the soldiers. I wish I had my makeup bag right now.
"I wish I had some makeup. How do I look guys?"

Stefan turns his head to the pizza boy. "Oh yeah I was, plus I've been dabbling in anarchy lately. Heh..."
Stefan scratches his head.
"The convention is tomorrow already? Holy moly..." Some of Stefan's parent's language has rubbed off on him.
