"You know about the kibbutzim?" Michal asks, temporarily lapsing into the Hebrew plural. "How nice. You should try living on one after you complete your military service. It's quite pleasant. It is nice to know that you are eating what your labour, and the labour of your comrades has put on the table."

I sat on the end of the curb in the streets of Glasgow, Scotland. Many drug users and strippers hang around in the same spot where I was sitting. Many of them didn't bother to talk with me because I am a loner and not a mood to talk with anyone at the moment. After a while, I slowly stood up and started walking back to my broken down apartment.

"Oh," Frieda says looking to the ground thinking. "You dont have to leave." She looks up at him. "But there should still be a reason why I should remember you. You obviously have a way to get close to me. Or you wouldn't have admired or claim to know me for so long."

*Dave saw her.*
"Ainsl;ee! We were supposed to meet hours ago. The government wants you transferred from here. Don't know why. Guess this area is too broken down."
*Dave walked in front of her and held out his hand to shake hers.*

"Well, since I have known Rommel a long time I know you through him." He replies. This is the truth.
"But really it is getting later and he told me that he didn't want me alone with you. He told me that he would send me to the frontlines if I disobeyed him. I wouldn't like that very much."

"Oh," Frieda said her head lowering again. "So what are you going to do?"

"I'm sorry." and took his hand and shook our hands.
"I didn't know what time is it at the moment. I sorry to make you wait Dave."

*Dave looked at his name tag on his shirt. That's how she knew his name. He blushed and put the tag in his pocket. He took her out to the small Lincoln Towncar and drove off with her.*

"What can I do. Just work and live and try to stay on Rommel's good side. It is a frustrating thing. But that's life. You never get what you want from life. I can't say that I haven't tried at least." He says and sits down. He decides that he will stay a little longer.

"Ah I know a little about them... That does sound great, maybe I will..." I reply.
"We actually didn't have much to feed ourselves, when I left, we were in a bad growing season, and ended up losing a lot of our crop."
"We basically sold most of what we grew and raised, and that came before feeding the family. And in retrospect, I see that as kind of silly... You know, not being able to feed the family, so we could make money, to feed the family."

"I know. I know I will never get what I want from life. So I forced myself to forget my deepest desires. Life alone is frustrating enough, and then you have people that come along and screw stuff up."

"That I don't know. I do the job for the government and they pay me. And we are taking you to the King's Crossing subdevision. Probably giving you a town home. I'm supposed to meet "Mr. X" at the house. Anyways."
*Dave stretched out his free arm and rubbed her shoulder gentily.*

Bonifaz becomes frustrated that the situation is going nowhere. He sits up and tries to look attentive, but he is frustrated. "You are talking about Eva again. Oh well, you can't blame her. She is sick in the mind. And your father only pitties her. He is trapped by her. Just like you are trapped by your life." He says.
