"Oh... Well have you tried other things? I wouldn't think that'd be a good job." I say as I flip through my menu, and offer both her and Mischa cigarettes. "Well... I'd say it's a toss up between apple and blueberry."

"I'm about the same. Can I help you any? I don't want to just sit around your house and take up space."

Helene rolls her eyes and stands up. She decides to drop the dream thing since it probably was just a nightmare.
I'll make the pie. You guys look like you have no idea what your doing. What kind do you want?

"I don't have any skills or college, so it pays the bills. I could work minimum wage but I can't afford rent and groceries and my other things on that." She says as if it is nothing and waits for her pie to come. She crosses her legs and looks to Mischa and to Rei. "And I want to sell myself since I hate everyone and everything anyway. I want to piss off my goody two shoe family who doesn't know a fuck what the real world is and what suffering is. They just play emotional charades, going through the motions of real feeling. But they don't know. They don't know."

"We're all fucked. We're all fucked. Can I light up here? Ah who cares.." She digs around her purse for her cigarettes.

"Chocolate French Silk would be nice." Bassarov suggests, liking rich tasting things. "But if that is too hard to make, maybe pumpkin pie."

[Ilmari Hoito]

"You can lock the doors and put the closed sign out." Ilmari replies as he continues to sweep. He sweeps up a large pile of dirt and leaves and scoops it up into the garbage.

[Sakari Lehtinen]

"I like all kinds of pie... And you're right Helene, we really don't know what we're doing." Sakari says on behalf of everyone in the room.

I just gesture with my cigarette. "We wouldn't be here if we couldn't smoke here. And if it helps at all you aren't the only one with a messed up family. I grew up in a boot camp."

[Mikhael Nadyezhda Kirsanov]

I take that as the cue that we can in fact smoke in here, and timidly light up with Nadya.

"Thanks, Rei." I say about the cigarette.

"Anything. Its up to you," Anya kisses him.

I nod and go to work. It only takes me a few seconds. "Sorry I can't do more. I'm so glad I'm having this baby, I just wish it was faster..."

Helene scrunches up her face. Chocolate French Silk isn't one of her favorites and neither is pumpkin.
No one like Blueberry or apple or peach pie?

Nadya doesn't care about Rei's stupid problems. She makes the tiny violin gesture while Rei speaks, but quickly hides it when Rei turns to her.
"That's too bad. A real tragedy. Surprised you haven't killed yourself. Raised in boot camp...and in the military still...must not be too bad, hun." She replies without sympathy. Meanwhile a waiter comes up to them and informs them of the smoking ban. They will be fined if they don't put their cigarettes out. Nadya complies but isn't happy.

"Well I'm in the mood for something simple. Which means a spaghetti shack, a burger place, a pizza parlor or a noodle shop, depending on what sounds good to you. I'm leaning towards pizza if that sounds good to you."
