Kaschei returns to his office and decides to check up on Zhar. About two weeks ago he sent Zhar out to collect an egg from Finland so that Kaschei could add it to his collection. He also sent Zhar to deal with some of Aleksandra's enemies.
He calls Zhar's phone and waits for his friend to pick up.

I pick up the phone, as Im sitting in a hotel room.
"Ah, Jim. Ok, so, I got your egg, and I was taking a bit of time to relax after the hard work, but now I guess I'll get back to buisness. So, who do you want killed?"

"Any socialist on the list that Aleksandra Khordokovsky forewarded to me. She seems to have a personal vendetta against one of them." Kaschei replies. "And good, I am glad you found the egg."

Adrik returns from his meeting with the manager director of the IMF. His health is improving and with luck he will be out of the hospital within the next few weeks. Adrik has some business of his own to attend to back in Russia and returns to his hotel room to pack his things. He sees that Lilia is still in the room.
"I am going back to Russia. I have some work to do. If you like you can come along. I really don't care either way." He says to Lilia as he packs his things.

Post by Aslan Shamil on Jul 24, 2005 18:45:50 GMT -5
Aslan returned to his apartment, which has no electricity, running water, or heating like the rest of Grozny. Fighting has started up once again in the south and earlier today 3 Russian soldiers were killed in an ambush. Aslan's neighbors, who were older and with disabilities, could no longer survive in the city and moved north to a camp for displaced people a few months ago. He recieved a short letter from them that they are living in a tent but are being taken care of ROC (Russian Orthodox Church) aid workers. They don't have a bed in the tent, and sleep on a sleeping bag on the floor. All of this is quite depressing.

"Actually, that would work well. Aleksandra is headed to Japan herself I heard. Sayuka is in Tokyo. I think if you check with the Keiretsu council you might be able to find out what you are looking for." Kaschei replies. He could care less about Aleksandra's enemies.

Since the German-Israeli war began a few months ago, the DFLP has cut back on all terrorist activity. They see Germany and nazism as a threat, equal to or greater than Israel, and although they don't want to help Israel in any way, they don't feel things would be better if Germany gained control of the region. So Malik spends his days in Syria, helping the resistance there fight American invasion.

"It is a council of business leaders which now rules Japan. It has ruled since shortly after the g-8 terrorist attack. They are using the Japanese mafia to aid them in taking care of those opposed to the political changes in that country. Perhaps you could collaborate with them in this mission." Kaschei explains.

Hirzallah has been moving around a lot since the g-8 attacks and the attack in New York. The war on terror has expanded and he is aware that he is being hunted. However, they are still countries friendly to his cause and he is able to travel home for a while. He isn't afraid, but is cautious. Thus far, no one has come close to locating him. He has had no close calls, but doesn't want to test his luck.

I sit up all night looking over the information and drinking coffee. I assemble it into one large comprehensive report of what events took place and how the Keiretsu council was able to take power. I feel very satisfied after this, and I think my party will be happy.
I feel tired, and go to my room for some rest. It was a lot of work, but I think it will yield good results.

"Well, we can travel to some villages and see what activity is going on out of the capital. I think we can then gauge who we would like to help out." Niilo suggests.
"Akka and I have a rental car if you two want to get going right away."
"I guess the main thing should be to find out information right now. If we do work with anyone, it would have to be loosely or maybe unofficially, depending on what group it is." Niilo adds. He gets inside the rental car and waits for the others.

"Just head to Tokyo. I will set things up myself. When you arrive at the airport you should be met by someone or maybe more than one person. We'll see." Kaschei replies. He says goodbye then hangs up. He starts making calls. The Council is more than happy to work with Zhar and send a council member as well as a member of the Japanese mafia to meet him at the airport. They have already started murdering socialists, anarchists, and other political opponents to the council.
