"Well ok then. Sounds good to me. When would you like to meet?" Larson said over the phone. James' foot began rapidly tapping on the floor. "Well seeing as this is a new arrangement maybe we could meet in the Chestnut Tree cafe, at about 2pm tomorrow." James liked that place and it was quite easy to find too. He hadn't the wildest idea where the Lotus Hotel was, if in fact it really did exist.

Dylan and mine's conversation is interrupted by the speaker;
"...and we have here a representative from the Finnish green party, Toivo Koivisto! How about you give us a heads up about how things are overseas Toivo?"
I wasn't expecting to give a speech so early, but I stand up nonetheless. Applause. A sense of modesty sinks in as I make my obligatory walk up to the podium.
"Ah, hello friends... Um... I don't, I don't really have a speech prepared or anything." I say, scratching my head and looking down at the podium, then look back up.
"But I guess, things are going well in Finland. We are on about equal standing with the socialists, which bares some irony... With the winter war and everything... But I guess people just don't pay as much attention to history as they should..." I babble. I catch myself and try to hone my speech.
"Anyways, we've done some great things. We have a few members elected to parliment, and have passed some great environmental legislation..." My speech goes on for a few more minutes about how we were instrumental to pass some environmental protection legislation, in addition to some union work that we did in coalition with the socialists. And the anti-war movement.
"Which I think is the most important right now. America still has troops in Iraq, and are hell bent on showing other sovereign nations just what American democracy means. We have a lot of weight right now, and the Americans are on the defensive, I think we should continue to make this our #1 priority. And ah... That's all... Thank you..." I step down, and head back to the table, people applaud again.

The meeting drones on, speaker after speaker, until finally it is time to vote on resolutions. The main resolution is to meet terrorist groups and attempt to explain to them class conflict and the need to attack the ruling class.
This is a contraversial resolution, which leads to hours of debate. Bassarov himself is growing weary. His head bobs to the side as he struggles to keep awake as the debates last over 4 hours, well into the evening.

Lee got home from early work and headed back to the cafe and got a regular. He sat and waited for a little while waiting for some familiar faces.

James walked walked into the cafe. He had been here five minutes previously, and the man he was looking for was here at last. The big scoop. James promptly sat down, his story sitting infront of him. "Hello Mr. Larson, Im James Mahon." James was going to make this quick and painless. "Lets get straight to it, First of all, do you have any idea what terrorists might want with a rich man such as yourself?"

"It's weird watching television, and having a perspective on capitalism. Even watching the news is like watching a detergent commercial." Sakari replies.

"No kidding. Oh, I am covering the anarchist convention next week. If you wanted to come I could probably get you a pass. I assure you it will be much more interesting than the socialist meeting. I can usually relate pretty well to anarchists...I guess because I am somewhere between a commie and an anarcho communist."

"Yes, of course, but this has been known for quite a while now. What Im getting at is why target you, on a train to Moscow of all places?" James paused to order a coffee.

"Yeah sure that sounds like fun. I have to go to Ireland and discuss things with the IRA though, so I'll have to work around that." Sakari says, playing with his short hair.
"I like to travel. And anarchists are usually much more colorful than socialists." I say, starting to get excited. He liked hanging out with anarchists better than socialists, and had some anarchist sympathies.

"If you want to know the flat out truth, I think it is a bad idea for the socialists to become involved with terrorist groups. It will sully the name of socialism and it is trying to force revolution unnaturally." Cambridge replies flatly. Sie sits down next to Sakari and watches the news. "You smell citrusy, it must be a shampoo or something, unless your orange crush shirt is scratch and sniff. I once had a scratch and sniff shirt when I was a kid. It smelt like strawberries."

"Oh thanks. I had a strawberry shortcake t-shirt that was scratch and sniff when I was younger. I wonder where that thing went..." Sakari says, getting somewhat side tracked.
"Oh, yeah, I'm a little uncomfortable with the idea as well. It will be pretty easy for the capitalists to nail us if we get caught, but then again, terrorism is just another wing of class struggle, and they have their own movements that reach frustrated people on a whole different level than we ever have. The least we can do is try to talk to them."

"Oh well, it really isn't my problem. It will be interesting how things play out. The WSM will be keeping a close eye on things."
Cambridge's stomach rumbles. "You know I'm hungry, but not just hungry hungry, I am hungry for tacos. I could go for a spicey hot vegetarian taco. We should see if anyone delivers."
