"Okay then. I trust you." Bassarov says to Cambridge, before picking up his suitcase and turning to Sakari. "Sakari, it's time to go. I am heading to the train station. I'll meet you there."
"It was good to meet you Set. Maybe we will meet again." Bassarov turns and walks away. He is worried about missing the train and can not stall any longer. He catches a cab and is taken to the station where he waits.

The threat of terrorism has been raised to code red after an American Embassy in Italy was attacked today by malicious terrorists. For those who don't know the color system, red is the highest level of terrorst threat. All Americans should continue to be vigilant, take notice of their surroundings, and report suspicions items or activities to local authorities immediately. We will show you a series of short re-enactments to demonstrate how you should react to potential terrorist threats.
The camera cuts to a re-enactment of a man in a turbin with a brown package examining buildings. A woman spots the man and calls the local police, who, because of the elevated terrorist threat level, that is, code red, take the man for questioning.
There are a series of short re-enactments demonstrating similar scenerios. "Terrorists are becoming bolder, attacking us in Europe now. This isn't like the good old days when they attacked our embassies in poor African countries that we could ignore."

I walk up to Steffan, with a large wild blue razzleberry slushy in my hand.
"Hey Steffan, what are ya doing tonight? You know, I haven't seen you go out once. It's like you have no social life. Hey, did I tell you about the time I was in a skiing contest against the herd of wild reindeer. It was awesome."

"Alright, yeah we should go..." Sakari tells Valodya, feeling a little uncomfortable just leaving Cambridge and Erich behind.
"Hey Set, sorry we couldn't talk, but I'm sure I'll see you around." I say, heading out the door behind Bassarov with everything I brought on my person.

Post by Aslan Shamil on Mar 17, 2005 2:38:09 GMT -5
Aslan arrives in Moscow and gets off his train. He stretches his legs a little, then goes to the restroom to splash his face. He didn't get much rest on the train and he won't get much rest until the mission is done. One team of rebels is searching for Tanya, and he will be helping to capture Aleksandra. It will take some time to find her, but he knows what she looks like. He was shown a picture of her from a fashion magazine, flaunting her body distastefully. This is his only impression of her, that she, like so many Western women, flaunt their bodies as if they are nothing more than sexual objects. They have no self respect.
He has no problems captuing her. He knows it will serve the cause and that she is the daugher of a man who intends to ruin the land and oppress his people for his own selfish gain.
He heads towards the largest shopping mall in Moscow looking for Khodorkovsky.

"Bye Sakari, see you next week in Helsinki. Don't forget. Okay!" Cambridge calls out after him. His departure saddens hir and seems somewhat anti climatic, not that sie expected anything to happen.

Bassarov and Sakari board their train, walking past the Chechen rebel as they board. Bassarov is anxious, but regrets having to leave Erich. "I don't know. Maybe it is wrong to leave him. What should we do? What can we do? The leadership wants us to get moving on meeting these terrorists. But I just don't know." Bassarov says to Sakari as they take their seats.

Cambridge shakes hir head after he leaves. Sie tries to stay on the bright side of things.
"Well Set, it's just you and I now. Maybe you can help me find out what happened to this guy named Erich. He is a socialist and we're afraid he might have been arrested."

Sakari sits beside Bassarov.
"I'm not sure either..." I say, somewhat distantly. I can't shake the image of him being arrested out of my mind.
"Well, he knows where to find us at least. Sorta... Cambridge will know what to tell him when she finds him."

"If we don't hear from him in a few days, we can always go back. I can go back. This could be the wrong thing to do, but I guess I am a little afraid of being arrested. I have never been arrested before. I just want to get out of here. I...suppose I am afraid." Bassarov admits.

Sakari looks around and tries not to think about it.
"I'm sure he'll be fine. I trust Cambridge, I'm sure everything will work out well." I say jubilantly, trying to cheer up Bassarov.

"You're probably right. I just have to not worry about things. I am sure everything will be fine. Things are just a little chaotic right now. We don't really know what's happening." Bassarov leans back in his seat and closes his eyes. "We'll know what happened to the leadership by the end of the week."

"And yeah you did. About a hundred times."
