"I'm sorry to hear that. Well, if you need a friend, you can count on me." He replies. He has befriended many lonely and sometimes troubled people throughout his life. He yawns and looks at his watch.
"Here, I can show you to your room here."

"Okay." I drag my cigarette one last time then pinch off the burning tip and put the butt back in my pocket. "Really I appreciate you letting me stay over, because otherwise I'd just work the weekend."

"It's no problem. We like to have company!" He says as he shows her to her room. The room is large, tastefully decorated, and has a private bathroom attached to it.
"Well here you are. Have a good night now. It was fun hanging out."

"Yes, it certainly was. Maybe we should do something tommorow, but we'll worry about it then." I say as I walk in and set my suitcase on the bed.

"Maybe you can help me with my volunteer job at the homeless shelter." He suggests.
"We'll come up with something." He turns and starts to walk back to his room.
"Night!"
He goes to his room and shuts the door. Before bed he reflects on his day, cleans his room, and reads the bible. Once his routine is done, he goes to sleep.
(have a good night.)

(Cya)
I lay down on the bed, which is significantly more comfortable than I am used to. So far I like everything I've found out about Gary Rochester, as I've needed a friend for a long, long time. Soon I fall asleep contended.

Some of the people push through my guards and I am forced to stand next to them, being this close to those inferior to myself makes me ill. I decide that it is no longer safe or wise to stand here in the crowd so I dismiss my guards and make my way up to the podium.
I look down at the disorganized scene, the party has waited much too long to regroup.
"The people are like a dog without a leash..."
I say out loud to no one really.

Erich was in Dublin! Finally after going to a 3 day long meeting, a Russian police raid, getting pursued throught the streets of Russia and getting arrested, he finally made it. Relieved an taking a bbreak he stopped in a Cafe and ordered a Vanilla Coke then sat down and drank it.
"It may be a cheap way to for the Coca-Cola comapny to gain money, but I'm addicted to it." Erich thought to himself.
He just sat back and relaxed. He didn't have to worry anymore. He sipped it slowly savoring the Vanilla in the Coke.
Erich was required a long time ago to learn English back in his harsh High-School days. He learned it quick masterfully.

Akbar was looking over all the military reports and none of them were good. By the way things were going Damascus would fall in weeks.
He knew if they used conventional warefare they U.S. would win. So he had to fight Guerilla Warefare Style.
Akbar read much about wars. His favorite the Winter War. The war between Finland and Russia. The Finns despite being outnumbered by a Superior Military, humilitated the Russians and was able to keep itself independent.
Akbar wanted to recreate such a defense here in Syria. His order was for alll warefare to be fought in uncoventional battles. The men would use their knowledge of terrain and ingenuity to wear out the invaders and defeat them with attrition.
He stressed in a directive for small splinter groups of soldiers to strike and cut off the allied forces invadiong from their supplies. There are few sources of water in Syria. Without supplies and in the hot desert they would hopefully give up, or least run out of morale allowining Syria soldiers to overtake them.
What Akbar said in his speech he meant. He awas not giving up. He knew that U.N. was sending Peacekeepers but what would they do. This is a Syrian fight, Syria is alone. But she will still drive out all the invaders and let it be know that No country, no matter it's GDP, Infrastructure, Industry, Military, or Nuclear Arsenal can make up false accusations against another then invaded despite the protest.

The talk about the protest sits uneasy with Nea. She was never one that was very loud about things like that, she was usually very reserved and laid back. Sighing she figured she would just suck it up and go with it anyway.

((Hey sorry I haven't been around much you cats, I'll be on more in the immediate future))
Tanya and me sit in my room on the barracks, the CO seems strangely on edge lately but still lets me have my girlfriend on board (probably something she said to him). I turn on the television, and find out that we're going to be pledging troops to Syria.
What the hell? Why doesn't anybody tell me anything? Oh well, I should be happy since I'm constantly being promoted for not deserting, I'm now head of the counter-terror operations.
The door opens.
"Kirsanov, the president has decided to pledge troops to Syria, which means we're going to do some overtime around here. You may or may not be shipped out, be prepared.." The CO says in an unusually formal manner.
"Yes sir." I say, the CO leaves as quickly as he came in.

"...And now the latest update on the Syrian offensive. Coalition forces are having a tough time keeping the territory that they gain, and casualties are already beginning to mount. The total coalition death toll is now in upwards of 75.
The British and Israeli forces which have been pushing up from the south are constantly waging geurilla warfare, whereas the Americans seem to be having a much easier time, as they seem to push west with little resistance."
"We've almost split the country in half" An American soldier of unknown standing begins to comment. "The city fighting has by far been most fierce, but overall, things are going great."
"I wish we could say the same thing." A man says with an English accent. "Our forces have come to a complete stand still, and no matter how much we soften up the targets (bomb them), they seem to be unphased by aerial assaults. We are still trying to negotiate with the Jordanians for access to their air strips and military bases, but they have been stonewalling us."
"In another part of the world, the Israeli government has released a public statement thanking the Russian government for their cooperation in counter-terror operations. The Russians have released an IRA member to Israeli officials who was found in the train hijacking back in Moscow.
Protests begin to gain momentum in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia over the invasion of Syria of unprecedented scale..."

Stefan notices that Antero is losing interest, so he goes off on his own for awhile. He notices a few new faces and sits down beside them.
"Hey, my name's Stefan. You from around here?"
