"Well, it was boring anyway, and it was only to vent my frustration of not seeing you."
"You should see me. Come to St. Petersburg. I am bored here. You can travel around with me."

I look over at Victoria, who has her back turned to me, then slide out of bed. I get dressed quietly enough for her to either not hear me, or not care enough to turn around, then quietly exit her room, and call up Salome.

Zivon looks at his watch, as though he were guaging whether or not it were practical for him to just up and leave to St. Petersburg.
"Sure why not. I need to get some air, and haven't been to St. Petersburg since I was a kid. Where are you staying? We could go for a walk, and berate liberals together."

I tell Zivon where I am staying and my room number.
"See you later then. It will be fun." I smile and click off the phone. I notice that Shura is gone.
"I wonder where he went now? Oh well."

I return to Alejos many hours later. I am tired from going to all of the universities and putting up flyers. I hand him a few flyers that I had remaining.
"Things look like their coming together. I can't wait until the strike. This will be big."
I sit down and take a deep breath.
"Yes, that's the whole point of course. With everyone refusing to work, the bourgeois who are exloiting the working class will see that we still have the power that Karl Marx talked about... our labor power, and if we refuse to give that away, then our demands must be met." His phone rings and he picks it up. (To Alejos) Bassarov looks at the time. "I really need to make a call. Hold on." He says to Selja and Masha. Once Alejos picks up the phone, Bassarov says the following. "Call the general strike on May Day. We should try to get something massive going for May Day. I think I am coming to Brazil for this." Bassarov informs Alejos.
"I am going to get in contact with other socialists, but I think to have somekind of massive, international stike in as many cities as it can be organized in is a good idea. I have some more calls to make. Just call me if you have any questions. But I trust you an handle things there. "
"I appreciate your confidance in me, Comrade. I hope I can live up to your expectations. Actually, we were thinking of having a march across Brazil in protest on May Day. We'd start in Rio and march all the way to the Capital in Brazillia. Thanks again," he says before Bassarov hangs up. Who was that, Alejos? I ask after he gets off the phone. "Is there anything else I should to about this strike or the protests?"
"Oh, that was Vodya, another member of the 4th International. He's overseas... in Germany, if I remember correctly. "I thinik we're set for now as far as the strike goes, but it's good to know that you're eager to help the cause. We need that kind of loyalty, especially once press coverage starts coming here." "Alejos, what happened to the other socialists who were here. It looks like they just up and disappeared. I am a little worried. You and I are the only ones around. Do you know what happened to Felix and Jose? I ask kind of worried about them. "They didn't dissapear, I'm sure other things came up. I'll look into it if it'll make you feel better, though," he said, sitting down on the sofa and taking a breather.

"Fag," Jaffar muttered as the guy on the other end shut off his phone. He looked at the name. It sounded familiar, but didn't ring a bell. He continued down the street to hopefully, meet some one.
