"I am a little worried about the sudden political changes in our country, but other than that, I am doing well." I reply.

"Oh. Yeah." I say, then it occurs to me I don't have a clue what sie's talking about. "What happened? Sorry I must've slept for a whole day." I get out of bed. I look down and can't help but be amazed at how much bigger my belly's getting...

"Well a bomb went off at the G-8 protest and killed thousands of protestors as well as the leaders that were meeting there." Cambridge explains in a somber tone. Sie looks out the window, then back to Selja.
"Tom was hurt in the blast which is why it took us longer to get back."

Natasha sits and listens to what Heikki said. She knew the new President was crooked and a poor choice, but didn't concern herself with it, figuring someone would just assassinate him. I really don't concern myself with protest. Life is hard enough without being arrested. I figured this guy would be assassinated.

"I suppose you are right." Heikki replies and looks out to the kitchen. Henna is out there, but he figures if she wants to talk she can come into the living room. "Sorry you haven't had much of a chance to talk to Zivon. He's been kind of distant lately."

"He had to go back to Helsinki to take care of his mother and his aunt. It must be a hard life taking care of your family like that... My parents wanted me to visit next week, maybe I'll stop by his place then." I say. I'm not sure how I'm going to explain my pregnancy to my dad, but I'm sure It'll go okay.
