Natasha tiptoes down stairs and sits in the living room to watch the news. The government has fled into exile, no new elections have been announced and people are dead. Austrialia is worried Japan will go imperalistic again and start attacking people. They should be... The Popular Party in Madrid is fighting with the Socialist party, that now rules the government, over reforms. This world is going to shit...

While Antero and Nea are working to clean up the city, hundreds of other volunteers do the same. Meanwhile at work places people are trying to decide what should happen next. There are some people who would like new elections, but others who are embittered against government because of the shootings. People return to work and some work is getting done, but for the time being there is a lot of chaos as people decide how to run things.

"Oh hey Natasha, I am not sure if you have met these two. This is Punch and Judy, some friends of Zivon's." Heikki explains to her. "Punch and Judy, this is Natasha, she is actually Zivon's sister."

"I didn't think you would like it. It seems a little more violent than I imagine you normally would paint." Brandon replies as he looks at the mural.

I am homesick, but I still have two monthes worth of leave left before I have to go back to being a teacher. I need to use it for my own sanity.
But do you think we can go to Madrid after Helsinki? It is a socialist playground over there.

Linnea sighs. "Yeah it is." She pauses a moment to look at what she had done.

"I have this bad feeling like something is going to happen to me. I am not sure why I have this feeling. Maybe I am losing my mind." Brandon says then stares at the paint. "It is just this looming feeling that something bad is going to happen." "Maybe it is just from all the bad things happening in the world."

Natasha takes a look at Punch and Judy. They remind her of circus clowns, except slightly more serious looking. She tries to wipe the grim look off her face at the mention of being Zivon's sister. Pleased to meet you, Punch and Judy.

"I guess I have been too busy with my tests and such that I haven't been paying much attention to what's going on in Spain." Bassarov replies. He realizes that he might not be able to travel as much as he likes to because of financial concerns. "I will try to go there, but I really need to stay in one spot for a while so I can get a job. I really don't have any money for more traveling and I don't want to ask Ilya for more money."

"I don't think there's anything anti-nihilistic about feelings, as long as they are in one's self interest. You can have empathy for others and still be a nihilist, as long as you acknowlege that there isn't some greater truth behind it. I like feeling things. Feeling things is enjoyable, and is therefore in my self interest. Community and compassion and feeling and touch are all enjoyable, and in our self interest. Not denying yourself is the most nihilistic thing. By rejecting truth and restiction, we are setting ourselves free. You shouldn't create another set of tethers under the guise of being a nihlist. It defeats the entire purpose."
Judy turns, and grins.
"Hello, it is a pleasure to meet you, Ms. Zivon's sister. Are you a pretty little nihilist too?"

Helene gets out of the lake and wraps a towel she brought around herself. Thats because you insist on taking a plane everywhere. We could just as easily drive to Helsinki and Madrid, right?

"Anyway, thanks." He replies and turns to Natasha.

"Gas is much more expensive here than it is in the United States, but maybe it would come out to be more cost effective. I am not sure. I don't own a car, but maybe we could borrow someone's. My brother leaves his car here while he is away at school. He might let me use it."

Linnea turns around. "Oh Brandon." she wanted to reach out and touch him. But kept her hands to herself. "Its ok. You'll be fine. I can't help but get the same feeling sometimes."
