Damn that wizard and his accursed manipulations! I need to kill, to destroy, I need to regain my strength after this... lethargy that has set upon me. Tell me, what is there to destroy?

"Aim right Destiny..." she said quietly to herself as she pointed her arm at Kai. She clsoed her eyes and fired. Kai too busy with bullets to notice the silly andoirds attacks blasts him into a wall in the subway. "I got him!" she said excitedly with a peace sign.

"If you're weakened you might want to take it easy. Go...bother some rebels around here. It's entertainment at the very least." Keitoleinen says, followed by a light chuckle.

There is no way I will regain my strength if I do not fight to the fullest of my ability. Although bothering the rebels does sound fun. They are still huddling in Helsinki, I take it?

"They've scattered, but most of them are in Helsinki. I think..an operative named Mad Hatter was sent out earlier today after Bassarov and Mischa, but maybe you could go after Zero, Kaze, Hope, or any of the other rebels hanging about the city."

It would be my pleasure. Would you like to come? Surely you could do with a bit of light exercise.

"Hmm.." Keitoleinen says as he thinks about it. He feels lazy at the moment. "You know.. I just don't feel like bothering with this right now. What I do feel like is finding a nice woman to terrorize. Or...at least another diet coke." He says and takes another swig. He yawns.

I inwardly sigh and begin flying towards Helsinki to cause some havoc.

Peter was too tired to keep going right now. He slowed to a stop, then slid down to the ground. It was harder than it used to be to sit down, he had to keep his right hand on his stick to keep himself up. He sometimes thought he felt his left arm reaching back, but he knew that it was just a phantom limb screwing with him.
With a slightly rough drop, Peter ended up sitting and laid his stick against his shoulder, his right arm curled around it. People passed by him as he leaned against the building. The streets were fairly busy, so he watched the people to try and pass the time, focusing on not thinking about the pain in his left shoulder. It was spreading. Something inside him was slowly spreading through his body. Just one of the things he had to find a way to fix.
He'd caught his breath now... time to move on. He was supposed to be superhuman, but he didn't feel like it as he struggled to his feet. His fragmented memory told him he could be stronger, if he would use the machines in his body, but he knew from experience that using those... things, didn't last forever. It'd nearly killed him a couple of times. So he just had to lug around metal bits in his flesh. Wonderful.
Back on his feet, leaning his weight on his pole slightly, Peter started walking again. Just a little farther, and he could rest. Maybe today he'd find someone, find some of the rebels people whispered about. He felt, he almost remembered, that most rebels didn't like him, but they were the only shot he had...

I walk down the street and look for other rebels. Once I am far away from Kai and Destiny I feel a lot less stressed, since really, their actions were entirely uncalled for. We are all somewhat mature and civilized, so, it leaves me with an unpleasant feeling when I see people acting differently.
I continue to walk through Helsinki, with the hope that I will see Lemminkainen or any of my other friends.

Helsinki... rebel central. From the Red Guards on the street corners, Peter had begun to suspect that both his memory, and whispered rumors, had lead him wrong. Of course, he wouldn't know a rebel if he saw one. Until he saw the flash of a face through somewhere ahead.
He couldn't place it, but the female face was familiar. Maybe he'd finally gotten a bit of a lead. Summoning what remained of his strength for the day, Peter straighten off of his stick and sped up, jogging through the crowd trying to find the woman.

"You're such a pretty kitty, you want a treat? Yes you do. Kitty wants a treat..." I whisper to Socrates,my himalayan cat. I open up a can of gourmet cat food for Socrates and put it on the floor for him. He goes to town gobbling it up.
"Socrates you hate this too, don't you? Well, it will change sometime. We just have to do what we can to live. Yes, we do. Even if it means working for mean old communists.." I reach down and pet him.
I sometimes feel ashamed for working for Red Infinity, but I want to live, and I want power, and they are the ticket to both right now. Sometimes you have to give up a little freedom for the sake of other freedoms. I wouldn't be free as a rebel. I would probably be dead.

I turn for a moment and from the corner of my eye I notice a young man running. He looks so very familiar, yet at the same time I don't believe I have met him before.
I wouldn't think much of this, but since things have been so strange lately, I decide that I will investigate.
I rush through the crowds of people waiting in long lines for their bread or meat for the day, and run over to him. I don't think the people in line were pleased with being jostled like that.
"Hello...hello...wait...do I know you?" I ask Peter.

Peter stopped, panting, bent over, leaning on his metal walking stick. Oh god... his chest felt tight. He shouldn't have tried to run like that, it'd been a long day already, he didn't have the energy to try and run. "I *cough* I think we know each other..." Peter straightened up from his panting, his breath bearly caught.
Peter tried to swallow, buth is mouth was dry. "Do you... is your memory missing? Do you know who I am?" Or what happened to the last seven years of my life? Or why I can remember two strange women. Peter looked at the woman and he knew he knew her. But he didn't know who she was. A confusing situation. "I do remember you..." A flash of memory... they'd kissed once. That didn't make sense.

"Everyone is having memory problems. I don't remember you I am afraid." I tell him. I look him over carefully. He does look a little like Peter the Owl, but younger, so, I don't think much of the resemblance. "I am Hope Dayspring." I state, hoping the name rings a bell.
