I smile a little and say "I know that. It doesn't bother me. But if you need some time alone maybe I should leave for awhile. Maybe you should talk to someone who isn't attracted to you, you know anyone like that other than like Cassius?"

"That's really sweet." I say, feeling a little sentimental. His parents must have loved each other a lot. "It's a sad story, but sweet none the less."

"Yeah, maybe I should talk to someone. I need more plutonic friends. Maybe I should go to France and spend time with the anarchists there. I don't want to just leave you though. Are you sure you could handle time here by yourself?"

"Yeah. Mom practically lived for him, but I think he helped her out when she was younger, saved her from a bad situation or something."

I'm ready to leave now. My mother is annoying me with her little questions... Kat mummbles under her breath about nosey mothers not minding there business in Russian.

Lilia looks to Natasha and then to Heikki. Today she is strangely quiet and sad. Instead of rambling on about Shura and how much she loves him, she sits in her seat and stares out the window at a song bird. She gets lost in her thoughts again, and smiles simply at the bird.

"When have I ever let you down? I'll handle it. If the others come back what should I tell them though?"

"That's nice, it must have been difficult for her then to have lost him. I am lucky that I have never lost anyone I loved. I can not say that I feel loss for my mother since she was never there." I say and we arrive back at the hotel.
"Where is your mother now?"

Natasha settles for toaster waffles and a bowl of cereal. "Maybe I should start eatting at work. I am soo hungry all the time." She sees the woman with the vacant look over at the window but doesn't say anything since she looks sad.

"You're a good friend. I might leave, say tomorrow or the next day for France. And yeah, you can just tell the others that I went there to meet with the anarchist there and do some reporting."
"I just have a lot of things to sort out."
"But thanks, you are a good friend, you really are." Cambridge gives him a kiss on the cheek and heads to hir room to pack a little, once sie has packed sie lays down for a nap.

"As far as I know she still lives in Helsinki, but I haven't been able to reach her. I should try sometime." I say. The truth is that my mother barely survived my father's death, and I didn't see her for a few weeks after the funeral and had been afraid that she had died too. I'm just glad that my sister was too young to remember.

Lilia turns to Natasha and begins speaking to her in Russian. She speaks in a quiet voice, which is sad and barely audible. "Shura told me to say that we are not married. I don't remember anymore. I just don't remember. I don't remember anything. I wish he loved me. I wish I could make him care about me. He used to care. That was long ago. He save me." Lilia whispers.

I try to be objective and work on my paper, but find myself worrying about Cambridge. Less and less about the situation she wants to go into in France, but more about how troubled sie is all the time.

"What is your sister like? Are you close with her?" I ask. I sit down on the bed and take of my shoes.
