"Yeah I liked orange since the 8th grade." Sakari replies, already starting to get winded. He does his best to hide it.
"Thanks, you aren't like any... one, I've ever met." I reply cheerily. "This is my first time jogging outside of phy ed class by the way. I've done walks, but never jogged." I say, then take a few deep breaths, to try and hide the fact that I'm so winded. "...so bare with me..."

"Keep it up, you're doing a good job." Cambridge replies. Inside sie is somewhat enthused by this. Sie likes beating guys at things. Be it running, politics, school, anything, sie receives great satisfaction whenever sie is better than a guy at something.
"And the Yellow Wall Paper...well, it wasn't the wall paper that made her insane. It was post partum depression. Yellow is a fine color. I grew up in a yellow house, with yellow sunflower wall paper and grew up just fine. My mother had this thing for yellow."
They jog a little further, but sie can see that Sakari is getting tired.
"We can rest. You look a little tired. But that's okay. You did a good job."

Sakari stops, puts his hands on his knees, and breathes heavily. He then stands back up and wipes the sweat from his brow.
"You're right, but the yellow was symbolic of insanity. What I said was sort of an aside, loosely relating to the story. Sorry, I do that occasionally." I say, my breathing becomes more steady.
"Yellow is a color that is very in your face and leaves the strongest residue on your brain." Sakari sits down on the dirt path, crossing his legs. "I grew up in a yellow house too, but in a more symbolic sort of way."

"Yes, I can relate. I come from a jaundiced family. But then the structure of family in capitalist society is jaundiced itself, so I can't really talk. I'm no different than anyone else."
Cambridge stretches hir calve against a birch tree.

"Sure, but there are those who are specially oppressed within the system. I'm sure you being born a woman has left you with many issues, which can only be magnified by you rejecting that." Sakari says, stretching his back.

"Yes...but someday things will be different. Gender and sex will have no meaning. People will just be people, equally human and able to define themselves however they see fit."
Cambridge checks hir watch. "Would you like to head back and talk? I am uncomfortable talking to most people, but you are pretty easy to talk to."

Sakari: "Yeah, that sounds good." Sakari replies. They head back to the hotel, talking along the way about capitalism.
