"Good evening, and welcome to the BBC world service. This past week marks a dramatic increase in terrorist activity throughout the world, with bombings in London, Beijing, Moscow, and Tokyo. The terrorists seem to be getting their act together, but what about the response? Ian Langsley reports in London."
"I stand here at the foot of the wreckage of the Saudi embassy. This building had only been fully rebuilt one month prior, and ironically, the budget for security was triple what it was before the first bombing. This leaves us to believe that there's really not much we can do in the event of a suicide bombing. Or is there?"
"I believe we need a well regulated checkpoint system around all major government buildings." "Takashi Yamida is a Japanese architect who is pressuring the European Union to invest in consolidating all of their government buildings, and setting up a rigorous checkpoint system around them. The estimated cost of this project would be in upwards of seven billion euros, and many believe that there has to be another way..."
"Meanwhile, governments all over the world are stepping up their counter-terror operations. Japan has pledged an enourmous amount of money to the fight, while the Israelis and Americans are training militaries around the world in advanced counter-terrorism measures, most notably being Russia."

"Because Americans are arrogant and ingorant." Nea picked up her cup and stepped closer to the tv. She paused a moment, "Part of the reason I became anarchist. And I don't care to understand an unstable government."

Three anchors sit at a news desk sipping coffee and giving an overview of the world news. Footage of collapsed buildings and despairing people is shown for a few seconds.
A 6.4 earthquake rocked Cappa...Cappa...how do you pronounce that Jim...Cappadocia, Turkey early this morning, damaging buildings as far away as Ankara. Thousands are injurred and casualties are rising.
The footage is cut off and the camera returns to three attractive anchors.
"That sounds a lot like Cappucino. Those poor people in Turkey, that's really too bad."
"Collapsed buildings? I didn't know Turkey had buildings. I thought they lived in mud huts."
"I thought Turkey is what we eat for Thanksgiving, Jim."
"In other news, will Brad and Jennifer get back together? That's the big question of the day..."

Deirdre returns home after a long arduous day at work.
"Deirdre dear, there you are. Where have you been? Dinner was ready an hour ago!"
"I worked today mother, I told you. I only work 3 days a week and this is one of them." Deirdre's mother rests her hands on her hips and looks at her with scolding eyes.
"Why can't you just find a nice boy to take care of you? You're getting about that age, you haven't brought anyone home for awhile, I'm beginning to wonder about you." Deirdre rolls her eyes. This is where her mother asks her if she's a lesbian since she's into all those 'booky things'.
"No mother, I'm not becoming a lesbian..." "Yes mother, I plan on getting married some day..." "Yes, to a man..." "No I have not had sex yet..."
Deirdre sits down at the table, and her mother microwaves her dinner for her.
"Where's pa?" The microwave rings in the background.
"He's out at the pub again. Here, eat up." She says, carrying out her plate of venison with potatoes and gravy.
Deirdre eats her dinner, and hurriedly runs upstairs after cleaning her dishes to do her homework, and avoid her father. She turns on the radio, and the old time radio dramas will be on after another 20 minutes of classical music.

"Let's turn off that news. It is dulling my mind." I click off the Fox news and pour myself some tea.
"I am not sure when I became an anarchist or why. It just seemed the right thing to do, or the culmination of a natural process. I feel that people are good and that we would be better if allowed to govern ourselves."

Stefan stands at attention, listening to the officers go over the game plan. They are to work with the Russians to help suppress the Chechen resistance. While most of the Finnish government is comprised of social democrats and the green party, the military is run by people who made their name known by fighting off the communists under the old Soviet Union, having some fascist elements in their personalities, including on how they deal with their troops.
When they are dismissed, Stefan heads back into his bunker. Tonight was the men's night off and they were gonna go drinking. He was invited, but will not be showing up, until he's in character.

((Admin:
Hey Erich, for realism's sake, if you shot at Russian soldiers, you really wouldn't stand a chance. They would immediately shoot back, and probably kill you. That's why suicide bombing is so effective, because terrorist have learned not to fight head on with state militaries.
So this is the nicest possible thing that could happen to you in this situation.))
The soldiers follow Erich into an alley and pincer him from all sides, leaving no escape. One jumps around the corner and hits Erich across the jaw with his rifle, tossing him onto the ground. Soon, five soldiers are on top of him, rifles aimed at his head, and yelling for him to put his hands up.
Another soldier comes in and cuffs him. The other men pick him up and carry him off to a police van, where he is driven off to the local police station.

The sergeant grinned as he checked that off. He picked up a pamphlet and handed it over to Kai. "Go ahead and pick a branch and MOS you think you want to enter."

Alexander sailed back up to England after his vacation and settled in as he went back to his home. He was happy to be back considering he ate some bad food in Mexico. It wasent a plesent night.

Kai looked through the pamphlet.

(My post about capturing socialists was about the Russian team and not yours, sorry for the confusion.)
I get information that the A-team has arrived. I'm a professional and it's not my job to keep infantrymen waiting, so I walk down to where Captain Price is and knock on his door.

James' heart lept when he heard the alluring voice of the Secertary General. He hadn't noticed her walk in. One final glance at the chatting men beside him, and he stood. Taking the hand of the Secertary general he walked her out of earshot of others.
"I wasn't contacted by any of your officals so I assumed that you had cancelled. I'm only going to be here for a couple of days longer so maybe we could do the Interview now, or as soon as possible?"
He could feel eyes at his back.

"Is that all? Why not something a little greater? Of course, we can always use good Soldiers. Now I'm not trying to twist your arm, but SOCOM, Special Operations Command, is very rewarding."
