Alejos is led into the lobby by the guards.
"Hey, Bassarov, what's up," Alejos asks, walking up to him. "Thanks for bailing me out, man."

Because of the rumors that Israel is going to declare war on Germany, the party decides that it is best for us to be evacuated. I say goodbye to Michal and we all thank her for the nice tour. I give her my address and phone number so we can write. I would like to learn more about what's happening in Israel, the Kibbutzim, and how she is doing in the coming months.
Then, I find myself on a plane headed back to England. After a long flight, I finally return to London. I will take the train to Cambridge tomorrow, but for tonight, I will stay the night in London.
I get a hotel room and do some reading. I think of Sakari and wonder what he has been doing.

"Yeah what the hell is going on... Fucking fascists... I'll bet we were hauled away by social democrats." Marty replies, annoyed at this whole situation, but afraid for his life.

"I hope that Cheech and Tommy don't mind that I took their money." Bassarov says to Alejos. They leave the building and head out into the city.
"Wait, what about Soledad? We can't just leave her in there."

"No, I saw social democrats in cells as well." Glen replies. "I'm a little afraid Marty. What are they going to do with us?"

"Soledad was bailed out by her father... he took her back to Columbia," Alejos said sadly, walking alongside Bassarov.

"We can just get a hotel here and decide in the morning what we want to do."
"Don't worry, I can cover the hotel costs. I have enough."
I turn to Rei.
"Nice meeting you. I hope we meet again."

"Nice meeting you too. Maybe sometime our paths will cross again." As I ride the train I decide to read some of the socialist literature that the others brought, since I have been assigned to learn about socialisim anyways. I read an article in a magazine about the Brazilian struggle for 'economic indipendance' by a C. Brackenfield. I decide I am going to have to meet this person as soon as my business is finished in Oregon.
When I do arrive I am told that the problem was already taken care of, and that Kolov will want to see me when he returns from his sobatical. So I charter a flight to Cambridge, via Heathrow, to visit this C. Brackenfield...

"They'll bargain their way out of things..." Marty replies about the social democrats.
"I don't know, Glen... I don't know how we're going to get out of this..." The guard opens the door.
"Come with me." He says in German.

"I'm sorry to hear that." Bassarov says. He isn't sure what else to say at this point. He hopes that Soledad is able to return to Brazil.

Glen gulps, but does as he is told and follows the guard. He looks at Marty with terrified eyes. Both men remain silent as they are marched down a dark hall.

"She's gonna try to return, if she can... but I don't know if she'll......" he just cuts off. After a brief pause, he picks up again.
"So, how's everyting going?"

The two are led into an area out back where there is already a line of others leaning against a wall. They're told to stand against the wall. Marty looks at Glen, then to the wall, the entire time, his mind is running to think of a way out of this.

"Things are going well. I am sorry about what happened yesterday. I am not sure how the police caught you like that. They must have been tipped off. But at least you got arms out to a lot of workers and most were gone before the police came." Bassarov replies
